Individual Requirements
The live band prices stated on our website are a starting minimum rate – a “from” price basis, because a number of things will always affect the band’s price, such as the day of the week/weekend that your live music event occurs on, the set-up time, the live band performance location – quite a few different elements and aspects. This will all be discussed clearly with you when you first inquire with us.
Band Travel Expenses
If the live band you like most has to travel quite a distance to get to your event, this may cost a little extra. Of course, we consult the band on this first, and then inform you of their costs, if any. Further, any car and vehicle parking costs, should they ever occur, are to be met by the Client also.
Set-up and Performance Times
Most corporate entertainment events where an evening performance is required, usually require the band to set up between the hours of 6 and 7pm and for the performance to generally finish before midnight. Of course, you may feel you’d like to vary these times. This is of course possible, but often may incur an additional charge, depending on what you require for your event. Please inquire for specifics.
