How Do I Book?
Firstly, please feel free to listen to our bands and their audio tracks here, of the live bands on our website, then once you’ve narrowed your choices down a little, just email or call us to discuss your choice of live bands. If you can tell us the date and location of your corporate event or private party, we will then check to see if the live band is available for you, and if they are, then discuss your needs in finer detail.
Whenever you know which of the live bands you’d like to proceed with, we then send you a simple one-page booking agreement which has been signed by the artist, which you then sign and return to us. This agreement is written in simple terms, and provides for both parties in a clear, transparent fashion.
With the return of your signed live music booking contract, we require you to also include your 25% band booking deposit, which secures the booking of your chosen live band for your event. This fee will only be paid to the artist after we know that the artist has fulfilled completely their obligations and agreements for your event to a satisfactory standard. The remaining 75% balance is to be forwarded to our accounts department within 14 days prior to your event.
As Your Event Approaches
As your live music event approaches, we will contact you to fine-tune last minute details to make sure everything runs smoothly on the night. By this time, we will have gone through your requirements many times, and in great detail with your band anyway, but checking last minute details can make all the difference in providing you with a well-planned, seamless live band event.
If you wish to cancel your live music booking, we will attempt to refund your deposit, if we are given enough notice of your cancellation to find the act a suitable replacement booking for your cancelled music event. If notice is not sufficient (detailed in your contract), the deposit is non-refundable, as appropriate replacement work for the Artist will be difficult to find on short notice, and previously, alternative events would likely have been refused by the Artist in dedication to your event.
